We recommend you explore existing commissary kitchens, or search for Ghost Kitchen facilities in your city to minimize your upfront cost.
How much are the franchising fees?
We have a simple, risk-free licensing structure that minimizes your upfront cost, and only applies once you actually start receiving sales. Please contact us to learn more.
How does the training & support work?
We'll provide support, training, and follow up as it relates to setting up your space and operating it. You'll also receive training on operating the ordering systems and operational manuals including all recipes, menu standards, and specials. We'll also provide you access to our online portal that contains training articles, videos, & resources.

How long does it take to start seeing sales?
This depends on whether or not you already have a facility, and how fast you're able to actually begin operating. You'll generally start seeing sales within 30 days of having the facility ready.
